Branded Content Disclosure
The standards Calculet Media, Inc. follows for sponsored, paid, or otherwise compensated social media and publishing content.
1. Disclosure Principles
Calculet Media, Inc. expects sponsored, paid, affiliate, or otherwise compensated content to be clearly disclosed in a manner appropriate to the platform, audience, and applicable law.
Where Meta tools or labels are required for branded content or partnership content, those tools should be used in addition to any required consumer-facing disclosures.
2. Accuracy and Claims
Commercial statements must be truthful, supportable, and consistent with applicable advertising law, consumer protection standards, and relevant platform policies.
- No misleading health, financial, or performance claims.
- No disguised sponsorships or undisclosed endorsements.
- No commercial placements that violate applicable platform restrictions.
3. Platform Compliance
Branded content on Facebook must comply with Meta’s applicable branded content, commercial, and Page policies, including eligibility requirements and content labeling requirements.
4. Editorial Control
Commercial relationships do not eliminate our responsibility to comply with platform rules, community standards, intellectual property restrictions, or applicable law.
